Kristofer Lawson
Partner
Kris leads acquisitions at Toronto Standard, drawing on 15 years as a licensed real estate agent and a strong network across the brokerage community. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating opportunities through an entrepreneurial lens.
Chris Spoke
Partner
Chris leads development strategy, with a focus on policy, planning, and approvals. He works across the entitlement process to help advance complex housing projects from early concept to executable opportunity.
Matt Spoke
Partner
Matt leads capital and financial strategy, including underwriting, pro formas, fundraising, and debt and equity relationships. He is a CPA and former founder of two venture-backed technology companies.
Louie
Construction Project Manager
Louie manages construction execution across schedule, budget, tendering, and consultant coordination. He brings eight years of live and midrise experience, including roles as both a site superintendent and construction project manager.
Hardik
Accounting Manager
Hardik oversees accounting and financial operations across the business, including reporting, budgeting, payables, project accounting, and cash management. A CPA with a corporate accounting background, he brings strong financial discipline to the platform.
Natasha
Marketing Manager
Natasha leads brand, events, and content across the platform, including fundraising materials, project update videos, and communications. She also leads planning for the Missing Middle Summit and brings experience from a range of real estate operations roles.
